Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Willenhall is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for a temp-ongoing role at our busy Willenhall depot, mainly refrigerated multi-drop deliveries with occasional trunking and tail-lift handling. Immediate starts after assessment and induction.

Shifts: Thurs-Mon 03:00-05:15 with day and night rates. Day £17.30/hour, OT £19.46; Night £19.77-£28.41; 30-minute break per shift; onsite secured colleague parking available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Class 1 driving experience.
• Digi and CPC card valid with no more than 6 points.
• UK driving licence with Cat C+E entitlement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day multi-drop deliveries to stores.
• Prepare vehicles and complete safety checks.
• Handle inter-depot and RDC deliveries.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and on-time deliveries.
• Follow WTD/EU driving rules and safety procedures.

Class 1 Driver - Willenhall

We are currently recruiting for experiencedHGV Class 1drivers on antemp - ongoingbasis to meet the needs of the business at our busyWillenhalldepot. The role consists of refrigeratedMulti drop deliveriesto stores and occasional Trunking. The role involves cage deliveries of milk and some locations you are required to use a tail-lift to push and pull products being delivered.

Immediate starts after successful assessment and Induction.

Shifts available:

• Thursday to Monday 03:00 - 05:15

Day pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £17.30 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.46)
• Saturday £19.46
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95

Nights pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £19.77 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.92)
• Saturday £21.92
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Interdepot and RDC deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Immediate start for successful candidates
