Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in Kingswear is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, coordinate departments, and uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will lead and develop staff, manage guest concerns, monitor occupancy and payroll, ensure health and safety, and work with the General Manager on strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across the hotel.
• Ensure smooth and efficient departmental coordination to maintain consistent service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally, ensuring resolutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor occupancy levels and payroll to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards throughout the hotel.
• Support financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and service improvements.
• Ensure the property remains well-maintained, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
