Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead a small team, oversee rooms and F&B operations, and drive high hospitality standards. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong HR and financial acumen, capable of steering strategy and day-to-day excellence at our property.

The successful candidate will manage staff performance, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences across Bespoke’s locally operated hotel.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement longer term strategies to enhance business potential for the hotel.
• Communicate regularly on performance, successes, risks and actions.
• Control costs across departments, optimise stock and minimise waste.
• Lead and develop all employees to consistently meet high hospitality standards.
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety and COSHH compliance.
• Handle employee relations professionally and legally.
• Coordinate selling initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
