Job summary

GMMH is seeking an Assistant Systems Officer to join the Systems Team in Prestwich. You will be the first point of contact for system users and receive training across our information systems, with opportunities for system administration and end-user support.

You will manage multiple tasks, support system projects, and help develop and optimise our information systems to benefit Trust staff and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Helpdesk or customer service setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Keen eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business system administration for live operations.
• Produce routine operational guidance and user support for system users.
• Assist on projects related to system support and development.
• Contribute to ongoing development and benefits realization of the systems.
• Support training sessions across the organisation and act as a point of contact for queries.
