A highly successful IT and telecommunications services company based in Central London is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer. In this role, you will work in the customer office five days a week, responsible for troubleshooting at the 1st and 2nd line levels, acting as an escalation point, managing customer relationships, and providing general IT services configuration and support.
