Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a Heating Engineer to maintain and repair heating systems in clients' properties. You will ensure safe operation of heating and hot water, perform repairs promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 and oil qualifications, with an out-of-hours rota. A professional attitude and compliance with safety checks are essential.

Qualifications

• Oil qualifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties.
• Ensure heating and hot water systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, complete paperwork.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and COSHH records.
• Assist with stock ordering and auditing for parts availability.
• Be part of an out-of-hours rota for evenings and weekends.
• Build relationships with clients and tenants.
