Job summary

APCOA Parking UK at Heathrow Airport is hiring a Meet and Greet Driver. You will be the face of our business, delivering outstanding customer service as you assist arriving passengers and manage vehicle handovers.

You’ll join a proactive team, work full-time with a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, earn £14.80 per hour, and benefit from training and development opportunities. A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years is required for insurance purposes.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving license held for 3+ years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Smart and professional appearance.
• First aid or fire warden qualifications are desirable.
• Advanced driving licence or professional qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Certify valets are familiar with each car's controls and alarm systems before receiving from the customer.
• Ensure smooth and prompt handover of customers' vehicle while storing keys securely.
• Drive and care for vehicles while following all valet procedures.
• Understand and be fully familiar with APCOA systems and equipment.
• Monitor the car park and deter crime with a high visual presence.
• Check the appearance of car parks and working areas to meet standards.
• Provide front line care in case of equipment failure or customer distress.
• Collaborate with managers to implement marketing initiatives to increase income opportunities.
• Work as part of a wider team.
