Corpay in Heathrow is hiring a permanent Crew Accommodations Agent to coordinate hotel and ground transport bookings for flight crews and other staff, using CrewHub (CrewRez).

The role liaises with Crew Scheduling and internal teams to meet operational needs, handles emergencies, and ensures accurate reservation records and communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel/travel or similar role.
• Able to handle complex coordination and client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to work shifts and long hours during irregular operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Booking and oversee bookings of hotel accommodations and ground transportation for crew.
• Handling emergency relocations of crew members with supervisor support.
• Liaising between Crew Scheduling and internal teams to meet operational needs.
• Facilitating effective communication with internal departments to resolve problems.
• Ensuring tools and resources are accessible and operational; report issues promptly.
• Processing, tracking, and reporting transactions; register reservation details.
• Identifying suitable hotels and approving non-contracted options when needed.
• Managing payments to hotels and transportation vendors per contract terms.
• Reporting incidents to TA Connections Supervisor or Operations Management.
• Maintaining attendance and adherence to company policies.
• Assisting other departments with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting.
