Job summary

Corpay in Heathrow, UK is seeking a Crew Accommodations Supervisor to lead our Crew Accommodations Agents within the Airline Division. You will coach, mentor, and drive productivity while upholding quality standards and timely issue resolution.

Based in our Heathrow office, you’ll train the team, coordinate shifts, manage vendor relations, and ensure seamless hotel and transport arrangements for crew, reporting to the Crew Accommodations Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years in a call center or similar.
• Supervisory experience is required for external applicants.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Crew Accommodations Agents during shifts.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks with clear accountability.
• Maintain team schedules including deviations and approved changes.
• Ensure agents have access to tools, systems, and resources.
• Lead shift briefings and complete daily productivity reports.
