Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes in Wolverhampton is seeking an analytical and customer-focused professional to ensure heat networks remain compliant, efficient and customer-focused. This permanent role offers an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge in a growing housing and energy sector.

You’ll contribute to regulatory reporting, data analysis and improving service delivery across metering and billing contracts, working with diverse teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, performance, utilities, housing, sustainability or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to understand and apply regulations, policies or procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
