Job summary

AWD online is seeking an Energy Compliance Manager to develop regulatory compliance across heat networks and managed services. You will review performance, support reporting and drive improvements while working with internal teams and external clients.

The role combines compliance, performance improvement and advisory duties with opportunities to influence regulatory strategy in a growing energy services operation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of heat network regulation and ongoing regulatory developments.
• Experience in energy management or regulated utilities, metering/billing, housing or property management.
• Strong analytical, quality and continuous improvement focus.
• Proven track record delivering service improvements and driving change.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders and clients.
• Good commercial awareness and business decision making.
• Self-motivated, delivery-focused and collaborative.
• Solutions-focused with problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: support and shape heat network compliance.
• Review service performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide practical client consultancy and contribute to proposals.
• Design and deliver internal and client training (CPD).
• Keep up to date with evolving regulations and sector developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, delivery and outcomes.
• Support sound commercial decisions with business awareness.
• Collaborate across the organisation and support management discussions.
