Job summary

Wolverhampton Homes is seeking a Heat Network Compliance Officer to ensure our heat networks remain compliant, efficient and customer focused. You will analyse performance data, manage compliance records and support metering and billing contracts, helping deliver positive outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, performance, utilities, housing, sustainability or a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to understand and apply regulations, policies or procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.

• Regulatory reporting and assurance activities.
• Monitoring and communicating heat network compliance requirements.
• Analysing performance data and producing reports.
• Managing performance information and compliance records.
• Supporting the management of our metering and billing contract.

• Working with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Supporting Wolverhampton Homes to meet heat network regulatory and compliance requirements.
