Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Glasgow is seeking a Hearing Wellness Advisor to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, support clinical care, and help guide customers through their hearing journey within a modern clinic environment.

You’ll receive structured training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy with a clear progression route to QHAD and Audiologist roles. A strong customer service background and GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science are important for entry.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service background, healthcare or retail preferred.
• Confidence working with customers in a consultative environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and administration skills.
• Genuine interest in hearing health and progression into audiology.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science.

Responsibilities

• Cover stores within the Glasgow area that require support.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
• Discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers.
• Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric service.
