Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in London (Ealing) is seeking a Hearing Wellness Advisor to welcome customers, perform initial screenings, and support Audiologists in day-to-day clinic operations.

You will build experience toward clinical audiology while benefiting from a structured development path, paid training, and a strong benefits package. A positive customer focus and effective administration are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science.
• Strong customer-focus and communication skills.
• Willingness to balance academic study with clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
• Discuss hearing health and products with customers.
• Manage appointments and customer records accurately.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality, customer-centric service.
