Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Newtownabbey is expanding its team as a Hearing Wellness Advisor. This entry-point role supports customers through their hearing journey, assists Audiologists, and provides essential aftercare. The position offers hands-on training and a clear path toward further qualifications.

You'll acquire clinical understanding through Boots Hearingcare Academy sessions, with accommodation covered during training and opportunities to progress into QHAD and Audiologist roles.

Qualifications

• Customer-service background (healthcare or retail) is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Attention to detail and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
• Discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers.
• Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
• Contribute to a high-quality, customer-centric service.
