Boots Hearingcare in the UK is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high‑performing clinic with a loyal customer base, supported by Boots and Sonova. You’ll deliver high‑quality, customer‑centred care with full clinical autonomy and access to the latest hearing technology.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD participation and audits.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
