Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high-performing clinic with a loyal customer base and access to the latest hearing technology.

You will deliver high-quality hearing care, act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, and support customers throughout their journey, with some evenings and weekends to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Qualified Audiologist with HCPC registration and a first degree in Audiology.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD and clinical audit history.
• Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

The role

• Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
• HCPC registration
• 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
