Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to join a high-performing Lakeside clinic. You will own the clinic, deliver expert hearing care, and build lasting customer relationships with support from Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

You’ll benefit from advanced technology, CPD, and a pathway to leadership as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good CPD and clinical audit compliance.
• HCPC registration and BSc in Audiology or equivalent.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

• Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
• Advanced diagnostic assessments
• Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
• Strong operational and admin support

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
