Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Hastings and Bexhill is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to own clinic performance and deliver high-quality care with clinical autonomy, backed by Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

You will join two modern clinics, advise patients across the full hearing care journey, and contribute to the network’s growth, with some evenings and Saturdays as required.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD activity and clinical audit results.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet demand.

Join our established, high-performing clinics, working 3 days a week in Hastings and 2 days in Bexhill, with alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm in Hastings.

You'll take ownership of 2 successful clinics supported by a loyal customer base. The role offers genuine clinical autonomy alongside the backing of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova, giving you the scale, stability, investment and cutting-edge technology needed to deliver exceptional hearing care.

You'll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

The role
