Job summary

Sonova, in partnership with Boots Hearingcare, is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to join our established clinics in Hastings and Bexhill. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, a loyal customer base, and access to the latest hearing technology.

Take ownership of your clinics, deliver high-quality care, and build long‑term relationships with customers. Role may include some evenings and Saturdays to meet demand and to contribute to our growing network.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long‑term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

If you're an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist looking for greater clinical autonomy, the opportunity to make a real commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology, this could be your next career move. Join our established, high-performing clinics, working 3 days a week in Hastings and 2 days in Bexhill, with alternate Saturdays from 9am to 5pm in Hastings. You'll take ownership of 2 successful clinics supported by a loyal customer base. You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision‑making, including:
