Job summary

Boots Hearingcare Hemel Hempstead is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high-performing clinic and deliver expert, patient-centered hearing care. You will be supported by Boots Hearingcare and Sonova, with access to the latest technology to empower confident customer decisions.

You will build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through their Hearingcare journey, and advocate for our full product portfolio, while maintaining flexible hours to meet demand,

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) required.
• HCPC registration required.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

The role

What we're looking for
