Specsavers in Walsall is seeking an Administrator/ Customer Service Advisor to support hearcare administration, triaging patients, answering calls and managing appointments.

You will handle banking, records, repairs to hearing aids, and other operational duties, working in a busy store alongside our Hearcare team to deliver outstanding care.

The role offers training and development, part-time hours 22.5 per week on Tue, Thu and Sat, with pension enrollment and employee perks through Specsavers.
