Job summary

Nottingham Energy Partnership is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Healthy Housing Service. This full-time role (5 days/week) is based at Queens Walk Community Centre, with hybrid working options and a salary of £25,000 to £26,900 (pro rata).

You will join the Energy Projects Team under the Energy Projects Manager and support delivery of housing services to vulnerable households. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, be able to deliver workshops, advise residents, manage

• Experience in customer service delivery to vulnerable households.
• Experience organising or delivering workshops/presentations.
• Ability to give friendly advice in person or over the phone.
• Understanding of delivering services to time and budget.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for vulnerable householders, organise meetings, and raise awareness of services.
• Provide energy-saving and cost-reduction advice to residents.
• Handle enquiries and referrals and help residents access support.
• Report outcomes and monitor delivery against timelines and budget.
• Assist with workshops, events, and service promotion.
