Nottingham Energy Partnership invites applications for an Affordable Warmth Project Support Officer (Full time). The role is based at Queens Walk Community Centre, 1.0 FTE, five days a week, supporting vulnerable households.

You will provide advice on energy saving, organise meetings, and help households access the support they need. Strong administration and teamwork are essential within the Affordable Warmth team.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and empathy for vulnerable people.
• Experience organising or delivering workshops or presentations.
• Ability to give friendly advice in person or on the phone.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible and well-organised approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate meetings to raise awareness of services and help households access support.
• Provide advice on reducing energy use and living costs.
• Handle inquiries and referrals from the public.
• Support delivery of the Affordable Warmth team's services on time and within budget.
• Report outcomes of interventions to managers.
