We’re looking for a Healthy HomesAdministrator & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team on a 3month fixed termcontract and play a key role in supporting the delivery of our disrepair service.
Based in our Eastleigh office, you’ll coordinate appointments, manage operatives’ and surveyors’ diaries, and help ensure that disrepair cases are progressed efficiently, keeping customers informed and supported every step of the way.
You’ll be the person helping to keep our Healthy Homes service running smoothly. From arranging inspections and repair appointments to coordinating diaries and supporting customers through the process, you’ll play an important role in ensuring homes are repaired and improved as quickly as possible.
You’ll build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, surveyors, operatives, contractors and legal representatives, helping to coordinate activity across a range of disrepair cases. Whether you’re keeping customers updated on progress, scheduling inspections and follow-on works, or ensuring key information is recorded accurately, you’ll help deliver a service that’s professional, responsive and customer-focused.
No two days will be the same. You’ll enjoy managing competing priorities, solving problems and finding solutions when plans change. You’ll also use your organisational skills and attention to detail to make sure appointments, records and communications are handled effectively, helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers.
