Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Director to lead HLTH Europe, a healthcare technology–focused global event. You will own strategy, delivery, revenue performance, and team leadership, driving end-to-end execution and growth.

The role requires building relationships with sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders, staying ahead of healthcare trends, and delivering exceptional value to attendees and brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams (3+ years).
• 5+ years delivering large-scale events or projects.
• Track record of exceeding commercial targets (revenue and profit).
• Strong sales capability with experience closing high-value sponsorships.
• Experience launching or scaling event products internationally.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall event strategy and execution across marketing, sales, content, operations, partnerships, and hosted buyer programmes.
• Own and continuously evolve the master project plan, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Run agile project cycles and sprints to deliver milestones and drive momentum.
• Inspire, manage, and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Be hands-on in delivery—comfortable executing as well as leading.
• Own the full event revenue across sponsorships, exhibition, hosted buyers, and delegate tickets.
• Develop and evolve sponsorship inventory with high-value commercial opportunities.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and team spend; deliver revenue forecasting across streams.
• Stay ahead of healthcare, digital health, AI, and policy trends shaping the industry.
