Hyve’s 121 Group is seeking an experienced Event Director to lead the 121 event and its global sales team. You’ll own the P&L, set strategy, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You’ll collaborate with content, marketing, operations and regional teams, build senior-level relationships and coach a multi-disciplinary team to perform at the highest level in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualificações

• Seasoned event management professional with multi-year experience in delivering complex events.
• Solid track record in mining, investment or energy transition sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-£m budgets and forecast accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, planning, delivery, and industry positioning for the event.
• Oversee P&L and revenue targets, with collaboration across growth and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with brokers, government departments, and sponsors.
