Job summary

Hyve is seeking an experienced Event Logistics Manager to join our operations team in delivering high-quality events across the EMEA portfolio. You will drive pre-show planning, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-through with a collaborative approach across departments.

You will manage budgets, floorplans, and supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with venue regulations. A strong client-facing focus and meticulous project execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years experience in an event management role.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a professional style.
• Experience in a project delivery role with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Floorplan management experience – creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting space requirements.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Operations across portfolio of EMEA events.
• Develop and execute project plans for smooth event fulfilment from pre-show planning to onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Content, Sales, Marketing, Retailer & Consumer Brand Teams, Event Operations and Finance to deliver event objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, replying to queries and providing information and deadlines.
• Maintain cost tracker with good financial acumen.
• Manage floorplan layouts with sponsor operations to ensure compliance with venue regulations and show strategy.
• Build relationships with suppliers and support training of the Operations Executive.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and stakeholders.
