Bupa is seeking a Healthcare Development Manager in Manchester to lead projects that improve healthcare pathways, outcomes, and customer experience. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions and drive affordable, high-quality care.

You will shape healthcare pathways, embed new processes, and leverage data to guide decisions while working in a flexible, hybrid pattern with 3 days WFH. A rewarding role within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities are required.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation programs.
• Experience delivering projects within tight timescales.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects improving access, customer experience and clinical outcomes.
• Manage and enhance existing healthcare services and pathways.
• Design and implement new healthcare solutions across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on key projects.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed new processes.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and KPIs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Support governance activities and present updates to leadership.
• Champion collaboration and a high-performing team culture.
