Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Business Manager: Health Services, Technology to drive performance and transformation across teams in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on performance frameworks, planning cycles and workforce strategy, aligning with strategic objectives and governance standards.

You will engage with Finance and People, lead planning processes, and promote Agile and product-centric delivery while upholding integrity and stakeholder trust across regulators and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define clear performance metrics to monitor delivery against goals.
• Lead quarterly and annual performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance and People to align metrics with budget and workforce planning.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan process for the team and coordinate inputs across functions.
• Lead business planning cycles and cross-functional inputs.
• Identify capability gaps and work with the team on solutions.
• Lead adoption of Agile and product-centric delivery.
• Coach team development and governance improvements.
• Support value-based prioritisation and responsible stakeholder management.
• Act as role model for culture and maintain external relationships.
