Job summary

Baxter in the United Kingdom is seeking a Territory Sales professional for Liverpool to drive sales and profitability with NHS and private healthcare customers. You will deliver on targets and provide high levels of support and service, leveraging omni-channel approaches.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or clinical background, possess healthcare sector experience, and be capable of developing territory plans, building strong customer relationships, and using CRM to optimize sales

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or relevant clinical background.
• Experience working in or around the Healthcare Sector.
• Strong sales background desirable, preferably in theatre sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales and financial targets for the assigned area.
• Present clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers in Healthcare.
• Train and educate Healthcare professionals on Baxter products for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and review territory business plans aligned to a National strategy.
• Sell portfolio to maximize growth opportunities and defend the base via service.
• Build collaborative relationships to differentiate solutions clinically and financially.
• Navigate various customer types through the sales cycle.
• Utilize CRM for planning and territory analyses.
• Contribute to tender management processes and post-tender follow-up.
