Job summary

NHS Grampian is recruiting a part-time Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) for the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service based at Banchory Group Practice, Aberdeenshire. 25 hours per week, fixed-term/secondment, delivering safe, person-centred care in the community.

You will work with GP teams and multidisciplinary colleagues, undertake venepuncture, assist with blood pressure monitoring and ECGs, and provide compassionate patient support.

Are you an experienced Healthcare Support Worker looking for your next challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service within South Aberdeenshire as a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW). Working as part of our supportive CTAC team, you will provide high-quality patient care within Banchory Group Practice and support neighbouring practices when required. You will work closely with General Practice teams and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care within the community.
