NHS Ayrshire & Arran is recruiting a Community Health Care Support Worker for the South Ayrshire Treatment and Recovery Service (START) at Ailsa Hospital. The position is fixed-term for 24 months and part-time at 22.5 hours per week, scheduled as 9-5 over three days (days negotiable).
A full UK driving licence is essential. You will perform delegated clinical duties, monitor health status, maintain records, and support recovery and wellbeing in a compassionate, safe environment.

The role involves carrying out delegated clinical and care duties, monitoring and reporting changes in patients' physical health and wellbeing, and contributing to the promotion of recovery, independence, and positive health outcomes. The post holder will maintain accurate records, adhere to organisational policies and procedures, and ensure that care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and compassionate manner.
