Job summary

NHS Grampian is recruiting a part-time Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) for the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service based at Banchory Group Practice, Aberdeenshire. 25 hours per week, fixed-term/secondment, delivering safe, person-centred care in the community.

You will work with GP teams and multidisciplinary colleagues, undertake venepuncture, assist with blood pressure monitoring and ECGs, and provide compassionate patient support.

Qualifications

• Venepuncture experience is essential.
• Blood pressure measurements and ECG experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within the community.
• Support CTAC team and neighbouring practices as required.
• Work closely with General Practice teams and multidisciplinary colleagues.
