The role centres on delivering top-tier customer service by handling high-volume inbound calls and guiding customers to appropriate medical professionals. The position offers a permanent contract, 37 hours weekly, in-office hours 8am–7pm (Mon–Fri) and 9am–12pm Saturdays, with benefits and career

Qualifications

• You should be passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service.
• You will need previous experience in a telephone-based role.
• Being resilient is required for a fast-paced environment and complex calls.
• You will need to be confident with excellent communication skills.
• You should feel comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
