Job summary
Innova Care Concepts Ltd in Thorp Arch, Wetherby is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in servicing and maintenance solutions. The role involves contacting potential customers across care homes, NHS and local authorities, and building a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with an expected 45 hours per week and occasional UK travel.
Qualifications
- Experience in telephone sales or lead generation
- Confident in communicating with customers over the phone
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by generating opportunities for servicing and maintenance solutions
- Contact prospective customers in care homes, NHS, local authorities and multi-academy trusts
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Create and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Follow up on leads from events, exhibitions and CPD sessions
- Develop account plans for multi-site organisations
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information
- Arrange site visits and obtain technical input for proposals
