Innova Care Concepts, a specialist healthcare design and fit-out company, is hiring a Business Development Executive in the UK. This full-time role (45 hours/week, Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00) offers salary up to £32,000 with OTE and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical, pension and progression opportunities.

You will drive new business growth, research prospective customers, and build a strong sales pipeline while supporting the Sales Representatives and coordinating outreach

Qualifications

• Experience in telephone sales, lead generation or customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand technical and service concepts and explain them clearly.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business growth by generating opportunities for servicing and maintenance solutions.
• Contact prospective customers in care homes, NHS, local authorities and multi-academy trusts.
• Aim for 30 connected calls per day and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Create and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Follow up on leads from events, exhibitions and CPD sessions.
• Develop account plans for multi-site organisations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information.
