Job summary

Equals One is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Hampshire & IOW Wheelchair Service Centre at Chandlers Ford Depot. You will be the first point of contact for service users, families and healthcare professionals, handling calls and enquiries with professionalism.

The role involves coordinating equipment delivery, servicing or collection by engineers, and entering referral information for clinical triage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
• Tele-based customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous administration and diary management experience.
• Professional and confident manner on the telephone and via email.
• Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, answering queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, servicing or collection by field-based Engineers.
• Monitor and progress orders by checking with suppliers.
• Enter referral information for clinical triage via tele and email.
• Provide general administration to support daily activities and duties.
