Job summary

Rosscare is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Hampshire & IOW Wheelchair Service Centre at Chandlers Ford Depot. You will handle calls from service users, families and healthcare professionals as the first point of contact for queries or enquiries.

This 40-hour weekly role (Mon-Fri, 8:00–16:30) is a fixed-term maternity cover based in Newport, Isle of Wight, offering pension, on-site parking and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment.
• Telephone-based customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Diary management experience.
• Professional and confident telephone/email communication.
• Competent IT skills with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, servicing, or collection by field engineers.
• Monitor and progress orders with suppliers.
• Enter referral information for clinical triage via telephone and email.
• Provide general administration to support daily activities.
