Job summary

NHS Tayside is seeking a experienced manager to lead administrative and clerical projects within the Women, Children & Families Division. The role focuses on coordinating change initiatives and ensuring efficient service delivery across NHS Scotland, with emphasis on staff management and adherence to NHS IT systems.

The Women, Children & Families Division has responsibility for providing integrated services and managing waiting times within the Division, for Acute and Community Services across Tayside. This includes Child Health Services, Childhood Immunisations, Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership, School Nursing, Paediatric Complex Disabilities, Community Paediatrics, Acute Paediatrics, Community Child AHP, CAMHS, Neonatal Service, Maternity, Gynaecology and Assisted Conception Unit.

This post is to lead the management of administrative and clerical projects and change management activities that ensure clinical and non-clinical services are appropriately provided.

Ideally you should have experience of staff management and a knowledge of NHS IT systems along with a management qualification to HND level or relevant work experience.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours of Work: 36 Monday-Friday
