Job summary

Dedalus is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to support the UK and Ireland sales desk, handling quotes, invoicing, and contract administration. The role involves liaising with Territory Leads and Offering Sales Specialists to process new business and renewals, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate data in the finance system.

You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare proposal content, manage customer contracts, and maintain data quality for reporting in D365.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across channels and stakeholders.
• Highly organised with ability to plan and prioritise workload.
• Ability to work well in a busy team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and ERP/CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client requests for quotes, support and renewals.
• Request invoices and ensure timely, accurate invoicing in line with contracts.
• Respond to sales inquiries and proposal approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assemble proposal documents.
• Develop, edit and write sales-related documents and proposals.
• Ensure contracts are ready for invoicing by recording monthly invoicing Fees in the finance system (D365).
• Maintain accuracy of data for reporting and timely actions.
