Job summary

Dedalus is seeking a Project Manager for its Healthcare Delivery Team in the UK to lead and deliver one or more medium to large projects with strong emphasis on timelines, budget, and quality. You will report to the Programme Manager and collaborate with a broad team of healthcare professionals across the region.

The role requires extensive project management experience, ability to manage client and internal expectations, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad experience in leading medium to large projects.
• Experience with project management methodologies and finance concepts.
• Experience with delivery assurance principles and project phases.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more medium to large sized projects.
• Participates in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures.
• Manages costs, schedules and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
• Ensures schedule and budget are met.
• Performs ongoing review of project status; identifies possible project risks.
• Recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.
