Job summary

Dedalus is hiring an Integration Support Analyst to join our support team, working with systems integration deployment staff and clients to ensure safe, reliable healthcare interoperability.

You will remotely manage incidents, perform troubleshooting, and engage with stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Support or healthcare IT role.
• Experience providing Application Support in a functional/technical capacity.
• Understanding of application support processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote incident resolution and problem management via the Service Management System.
• Proactively manage and resolve integration incidents to restore service.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor integration support alerts across production service.
• Participate in out of hours support on a rotational basis.
• Maintain integration support documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to ITIL processes and release documentation.
