Job summary

Medinet Group in the UK is seeking a Project Manager (Operations) to own the full operations project schedule, prioritise work, and ensure governance with clear visibility for the Senior Operations Team. You will line-manage the Mobilisation Manager (Community) and Project Coordinators, delivering portfolio leadership and budget oversight.

The role requires broad healthcare delivery experience, ability to coordinate multiple streams, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive service delivery

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience running a portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Experience line managing or leading project and delivery staff.
• Experience building and running project governance frameworks (PRINCE2 or MSP desirable).
• The ability to manage finances across multiple project budgets.
• Strong capability to prioritise competing demands and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Owning and prioritising the Operations project portfolio against objectives, capacity and budget.
• Agreeing scope, objectives and success measures with senior leaders.
• Setting up and running governance: gates, risk logs, change control and reporting.
• Overseeing all Community mobilisations.
• Leading projects outside specialist delivery roles.
• Maintaining a consolidated view of portfolio budgets and cash flow to the Senior Management Team.
• Leading post-project reviews and driving delivery improvements.
