Job summary

Medinet Group in the UK is seeking a hands-on Mobilisation Manager to lead the go-live of new community contracts. You will coordinate with commissioners, clinical teams and internal departments to mobilise staff, systems and premises from award to day one.

You will build detailed mobilisation plans, convert service specifications into actions, manage go-live readiness and budgets, and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout mobilisation, with a focus on safe, well-run care from

Qualifications

• Track record mobilising healthcare service contracts (community services preferred).
• Solid understanding of community healthcare, NHS commissioning and ICBs.
• Hands-on, detail-focused, on-site work with new services.
• Experience managing project-level budgets.
• PRINCE2 desirable

Responsibilities

• Build mobilisation plan for every new Community contract.
• Turn contractual obligations into clear, sequenced tasks.
• Agree timelines, milestones and go-live criteria with commissioners.
• Coordinate Resource, Bid, Contracts, Recruitment, Compliance, IT and clinical teams.
• Run mobilisation meetings and ensure actions get done.
• Act as main point of contact for commissioners and clients.
• Manage go-live readiness, handover to operations and support post-launch.
• Manage mobilisation budgets and report progress, risks and spend.
• Review mobilisation after go-live to improve future launches.
