Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead lifecycle and variation projects within a prestigious Liverpool hospital.

You will manage pre-construction activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and training, ensuring safe, compliant delivery in a complex facilities management environment. Applicants should demonstrate extensive healthcare project delivery experience, knowledge of CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, and BSA, and strong stakeholder coordination skills,

Qualifications

Experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects in Healthcare environments.
Knowledge of CDM 2015, HTM, HBN, RIBA stages, and the Building Safety Act (BSA).
Experience managing projects in high-risk buildings with regulatory compliance.
Contractual awareness in PFI is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
Collaborative, forward-thinking approach with continuous improvement in delivery.
Ability to showcase pre-construction PM skills during recruitment and in a written statement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and variation projects on time and within budget.
Develop pre-construction project plans across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and training.
Coordinate asset surveys, contractor activities, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide robust financial management and reporting to support decision-making.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance including documentation.
