Job summary

Ramboll UK Healthcare is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee hospital and healthcare projects across the UK and internationally. You will coordinate design teams, maintain strong project controls, and ensure delivery from feasibility through to handover, while working flexibly from multiple offices or home.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, clear communication, and collaboration with UK and international colleagues to drive sustainable healthcare design solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management experience delivering healthcare projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
• Strong client liaison and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of engineering advisory and design services across project stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants.
• Maintain project controls: scope, programmes, budgets, risk, QA; ensure compliance.
• Lead design coordination meetings and prepare minutes & reports.
• Ensure governance and contractual requirements are followed.
• Support resource allocation and bid/tender processes.
