Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience on complex projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of sustainability and carbon impacts on project outcomes.
• Experience interfacing with NHS Trusts, SPVs, FM providers and clinical users.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality project delivery across all stages, meeting milestones and client expectations.
• Manage budgets, risks and governance to support growth and align with Mace values.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve KPIs and promote best practices.
• Define resource needs and coordinate delivery across client, design and consultant teams.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including programmes, budgets, risks, quality and change control.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships across a varied healthcare project portfolio.
• Administer variations, change control, risk registers and client reporting.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate issues as needed.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
