Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter seeks an experienced Operations Support Manager to lead day-to-day operational delivery within Acute Medicine and to oversee the Medicine Rota team, rosters for around 150 doctors, GIM on call and POD rotas.

You will drive service plans, manage budgets in line with Trust policies, and support change initiatives while deputising for the Operations Manager as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective day-to-day operational management of your specified service(s)
• Lead and support service plans, projects, and change initiatives
• Manage business activities in line with Trust policies and allocated resources
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
• Meet performance targets for quality, volume, and cost
• Act as a budget signatory for pay and non-pay budgets, including capital procurement
• Deputise for the Operations Manager as required
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, commissioners, and partner organisations
• Management responsibility for the Medicine Rota team. This team is responsible for the day to day management and rostering of around 150 doctors . They also manage the GIM on call and POD rotas
