Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Cambridge. You will be the friendly face greeting patients, handling enquiries, booking appointments and guiding visitors to the correct areas.

A strong communicator with IT and keyboard skills will thrive in this role, with healthcare reception experience preferred. The role offers full-time permanent work, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £25,545 per annum, dependent on experience.

Qualificações

• Great communication skills are essential.
• Ability to explain sensitive or complicated information clearly and sympathetically.
• Experience in healthcare administration or on reception is preferred.
• Good IT and keyboard skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Use empathy and customer service to build positive relationships.
• Put people at ease when they visit your department.
• Answer the phone, handle enquiries and book appointments.
• Welcome patients in person and direct them to changing or waiting areas.
• Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms and charge sheets, plus terms and conditions.
